Mixers, Multi-Track Machines and Patchbays

This module provides you with an in depth look at the mixing
console, patchbays & multi-track recording machines.

Topics covered include input gain, parametric EQ, foldback,
talkback, solo, cut, subgroups, normalised, denormalised & routing.

We will show you how different types of EQ and input gain affect
the signal path, how to route signals on the patchbay and how to
set up and use a multi-track recorder.
You will learn how signals flow between the various pieces of equipment and how to power-down and power-up correctly.
