Mastering and Post Production

Mastering and post production becoming increasingly popular
among engineers and producers in their quest to produce better recordings.

In this module we will show you ways to make your final mix sound sonically better by using either Logic, Pro Tools, Cubase or Reason, or or hardware like the ‘Focusrite Mixmaster’, a multi-band
compressor / expander / enhancer.

You will also learn how to digitally edit a mix either to create an
edit of the original, a radio mix, for example, or to prepare the
track to be cut to a CD by topping, tailing and normalising it.
